Hands on course designed for Feldenkrais® Practitioners and 3rd and 4th year Trainees

Meets once a month on a Sunday 1pm-4pm – more dates to follow

1. Integrate structure and function into the larger scope of Awareness Through Movement® and Functional Integration® lessons.

2.  Discover how to refine sensing differences for the student and practitioner and adjust the level of complexity to tailor lessons individually..

3.  Learn to speak with your hands more effectively and efficiently to facilitate learning, broaden self image, and encourage an improvement in self use for the student as well as the practitioner.
