Elaine Yoder is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner(cm) who draws from her extensive experience with several forms of movement, including dance, running, and martial arts.
I work with babies, children and adults. I also teach public workshops and in practitioner training programs.
I help people think new thoughts about themselves relative to how they move and feel.
Sonja is an Assistant Trainer and experienced teacher of the Feldenkrais Method® with a full-time private practice in Berkeley since 1997.
