I work with babies, children and adults. I also teach public workshops and in practitioner training programs.
I offer FI sessions and ATM classes for people recovering from injury, pain, achiness, and stiffness. Who want to regain their body's ability to move comfortably and with ease.
Sessions help with tension, movement quality, balance, walking, healthy backs and necks, post-stroke, head injury, aging gracefully, fluid transitions, improving human performance, stage performance, teen athletics.
