In this workshop, we take on what Feldenkrais meant by the body pattern of anxiety. Through Awareness through Movement® lessons and FI® practices, you’ll explore Moshe’s pragmatic and present moment method as a means for embodying the martial arts of daily life.

You’ll be putting ideas into action, learning to recognize, respond to, and remediate apprehension, anxiety, and alarm, working on your own and with others. (The workshop’s taking place in an Aikido dojo that has a traditional tatami mat floor — you can be sure Larry has something special planned that’ll be benefiting from this fact.)
